ime for another House Crush. Today’s house is a particular favorite of mine; it’s also Mr.’P’s’ favorite house of all time! Sometimes he just drives by to see if it’s for sale or if there’s an open house–we’re dying to see the inside someday! The casement windows with the tiny windowpanes and the hand-cut cedar shake siding are just too charming for words. The house sits high on a hill surrounded by beautiful gardens which feature a spring house and a play house (or bunkie) for the kiddos. I hope you enjoy this one.

Stone-lined gravel entry and vine-covered garage–love the Rhododendrons
and Hydrangeas

Front entry and garden–the roof crickets and tin add so much charm to the house

This small covered side door has a stone patio and bench to enjoy the view of the side garden

The side garden and more of those amazing small-paned windows

Beautiful old stone well in the garden

Small play house or sleeping bunkie–so wish I had one of these at my house

A garden covered with Moss–no grass here

Small spring house in the garden–love the old shakes and moss

Sunlight on the moss covered cedar shake roof

And of course there is a view!
